Lower Hippie Hole Falls in extremely high water. Definitely not swimming this time of year.
Description: This site is very popular among the locals for swimming and jumping off the rocks by the lower falls. I have yet to visit in lower summer swimming conditions, but the pictures I have seen are quite nice. In the spring runoff, the water rages through the two small gorges, making the falls a white blur. In summer, there is a nice 15' plunge waterfall. There is actually an upper fall here as well. This fall is a great example of how every season has something different to offer in terms of pictures, and recreation. Definitely wait until low water in the summer before enjoying this popular swimming site.
