VERMONT WATERFALLS
DOG'S HEAD FALLS - JOHNSON, VERMONT |
|
The deeply carved bedrock at the falls from the immense river.
Description: This is a beautiful area on the Lamoille River, with some unique geology and a small plunge waterfall. A boulder below the falls resembles a profile view of a dog (St. Bernard) from a distance. Up close the falls have all kinds of potholes and unique features to be explored.
