ENOSBURG FALLS - ENOSBURG, VERMONT

The elbow shaped dam falls in the winter time.

Description: This falls gave this area of Vermont its name, and at one time may have been quite the natural beauty.  It has been developed for electrical power and has lost its original appearance.  It is on the large Missisquoi river, which gives it plenty of flow, and it has a nice picnic and viewing area nearby.  There is also some nice geology in the gorge just downstream.
