DEVIL'S GULCH FALLS - EDEN, VERMONT
The small upper plunge and subsequent slides surrounded by moss.
Description: This is a tranquil small waterfall on the Long Trail as you approach Devil's Gulch in Eden. The main waterfall is a short plunge of about 5' followed by 10' of slides in a mossy rock region. It is special because of its isolation, rather than power or size. The trail also has some slides and small cascades downstream. These are great attractions to see while experiencing the wonderful geology of the Devil's Gulch just a short distance up the trail.
A shot showing all of the slides coming down the bedrock.
A small set of cascades downstream with beautiful moss surroundings.
A very long slide series just above the previous cascades off the trail.
